phases 4 to 6

Beyond Build.

Launch, Grow, and Scale are real, but they stay thin on purpose. You grow each one only when a project actually reaches it. Here is the shape, so you know what is coming. Go do it when you get there.

4

Launch

Put it in front of real people carefully and gradually, watching the dashboards.

  • Roll out to a few before everyone, and watch errors, speed, and the metric it was meant to move.
  • The git rule flips: branch and preview, never push straight to main.
  • Decide your rollback before you need it.

stays thin until a project actually reaches it.

5

Grow

Learn from reality. Did it move the needle, how do people actually use it, what is next.

  • Measure adoption and the one metric that matters; most signals need two to four weeks.
  • Read the raw feedback, not just the charts. Numbers say what, feedback says why.
  • Decide: iterate, expand, pivot, or kill.

what you learn here becomes the next Spark. It is a loop, not a line.

6

Scale

Beyond one product: leverage across many, and the grown-up needs a used product earns.

  • Build each function once and reuse it across products.
  • Add the heavy stuff (billing, integrations, security) only when a real pain pushes back.
  • Never pre-build it.

the thinnest phase, by design.

Then it loops. What you learn in Grow becomes the next Spark, a little sharper each time. The system grows the parts of these phases you actually need, when you need them, never before.
